Lead Application Architect – Manager

Project Location(s): Work location is Shrewsbury, MA with required travel to client locations throughout the USA.
Education: A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, computer information systems, or a combination of education and experience equating to the U.S. equivalent of a Bachelor’s degree in one of the aforementioned subjects

Responsibilities:

  • Refine and put structure to design review process to reduce the review cycles and dependencies over BHE resources.
  • Support team with design reviews.
  • Provide guidance to make design supportable and upgradable.
  • Support and provide high level solution for processes that are part of BHE deliverables.
  • Support project manager with scope management, risk management, design quality assurance and action items.
  • Define review process for pre-release testing and acceptance for system testing.
  • Support BHE team with configurations that are part of BHE deliverables (example rates).
  • Support, define and assist development of data conversion validation and verification criteria.
  • Support BHE with defining automation testing scope and roadmap.
  • Conduct and own inflight scenario or work in process scenario for define/refine conversion and post go live manual activities.
  • Define and support system performance parameter and criteria.
  • Support system testing team to enforce quality assurance.
  • Coordinate, support and define matrices for Batch performance issue and errors.
  • Coordinate, support and define matrices for TODO management to ensure manageable TODO post go-live.
  • Support and define automations for support TODOs or any manual work that could lead to poor user experience.
  • Define system load test criteria’s.
  • Define criteria for bill compare testing and provide framework that could extend bill compare development confidence to credit and collection, payments and other key processes.
  • Support Development post go live release process, roles and responsibility.
  • Support users with acceptance testing.
  • Support cut over planning, define and refine service levels.
  • Define alternative methods for validating quality of print bills and system billed changes to build confidence on system.
  • Refine TODO Management process.
  • Support with bill compare verifications.
